Nikita Lalla is the Chief Executive and Director of LnP, a leading South African law firm recognised for its excellence in energy, natural resources, and infrastructure law. A multiple award-winning construction lawyer, Nikita provides strategic, end-to-end legal support — from concept to closure — helping both local and international clients navigate complex projects efficiently and cost-effectively.

An admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Nikita holds an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand. Her expertise has earned her recognition from prestigious international legal ranking agencies.

Under her leadership, LnP was honoured at the African Legal Awards 2019 as the African Law Firm of the Year (Small Practice) and Energy & Natural Resources Team of the Year. Beyond practice, Nikita contributes to the legal profession as a lecturer at the Nelson Mandela Institute (Wits University) and served as a Fellow of the International Academy of Construction Lawyers (IACL) from 2022–2024.
