Homoud Al Mutawa is a Founding Partner and one of the Managing Partners at ASAM. He specializes in civil, criminal, and commercial law, practicing in various courts in Kuwait and handling labor and industrial disputes, compensation claims, title suits, money suits, and related matters. Homoud provides legal and contractual advisory services in Arabic on contract law, commercial company law, labor law, and engineering and construction law to both local and international clients across public and private sectors. He earned his law degree from Kuwait University Law School in 2000 and has been practicing law since then.
