She has a proven track record in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of legal and compliance documents, including consultancy agreements, service level agreements, lease agreements, data protection policies, and employment contracts. Nadia has also designed and implemented compliance monitoring programmes to promote adherence to key South African and Mauritian legislation such as the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA), Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laundering Act, Prevention of Corruption Act, and Prevention of Terrorism Act.
