Mulenga Chiteba is the Managing Partner of the firm and a leading tax and regulatory compliance lawyer in Zambia, with over 15 years of experience in tax law, transfer pricing, competition law, and dispute resolution. As head of the Tax and Regulatory Compliance Department, he oversees advisory divisions focusing on corporate tax, transfer pricing, and anti-trust matters, while also playing an active role in the firm’s litigation and arbitration practice.

Mulenga has contributed to Chambers Global Practice Guides with publications on Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing, sharing his thought leadership globally.

He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, an accredited Insolvency Practitioner, and an active member of the Law Association of Zambia and the International Bar Association.
