Rami is a Partner in HFW’s Commodities team based in Dubai, specialising in general litigation and dispute resolution across the UAE and the wider region. He advises and represents local and international clients in a wide range of matters, including commercial, civil, banking, employment, and criminal litigation, as well as attachment of assets, enforcement of local and international arbitral awards, and recognition of foreign judgments. Rami also has extensive experience handling complex shipping disputes, including the arrest of vessels, both within the UAE and across the region. Admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association since 2008, he has been practicing in the UAE since 2010, providing clients with practical, results-driven advice in dispute resolution, commodities, and shipping matters.
