With a solid background in corporate finance, project finance, and mergers & acquisitions, Dayo advises leading corporations, financial institutions, and investors on structuring and executing large-scale financing and investment projects. His expertise spans the energy, aviation, and banking industries, where he has played key roles in major infrastructure and financing transactions.

Before joining the firm, Dayo gained valuable front-office experience at an investment bank, where he specialized in corporate, project, and aviation finance and managed a portfolio exceeding USD 120 million in aviation assets. This unique combination of legal and financial acumen enables him to bridge commercial objectives with regulatory and transactional precision.
