Aderonke Alex-Adedipe is the Founding and Managing Partner of Pavestones, a leading law firm specializing in corporate and commercial law. With extensive experience advising both local and multinational businesses, including one of the largest global technology companies, Aderonke is highly regarded for her expertise in Finance, Technology, and Foreign Investment Advisory within the Nigerian regulatory landscape.

Aderonke has played a pivotal role in shaping fintech regulation, artificial intelligence, and startup advisory through numerous trainings, seminars, and conferences in Nigeria and internationally. She has co-authored the Nigerian chapter for key international publications on Acquisition Finance and Commercial Law, including Getting the Deal Through, and contributed to the authoritative text Banking, Theory, Regulation and Law Practice edited by Dr. Dapo Olanipekun.

Aderonke holds an LLB from Obafemi Awolowo University and an LLM from George Washington University.

She serves as Chairman of the Agriculture Committee of the Nigeria Bar Association’s Section on Business Law and is Director on Legal Matters for the Women-In-Tech Global Movement (Nigeria Chapter). Aderonke is also a proud member of the Fintech Association of Nigeria.
