Osaro Eghobamien, SAN, is the founding and Managing Partner of the firm, leading the Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution, Capital Markets, Banking & Finance, and Private Client & Wealth Management practice groups. Admitted to practice in England and Wales (1989) and Nigeria (1991), Osaro was honored as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in 2008 for his outstanding contributions to the legal profession.

Osaro is a pioneer in Nigeria’s financial regulatory sector, actively collaborating with international experts on secured credit transactions, asset-backed securities, and financial innovations. He played a key role in the enactment of the Secured Transactions in Movable Assets Act 2017 and contributed significantly to improving Nigeria’s business environment, acknowledged by the former Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo.

With deep expertise in Oil & Gas, Osaro has successfully represented clients in complex offshore crude disputes and arbitral proceedings. He is renowned for innovative wealth management solutions, utilizing private trusts for high net-worth individuals.

A founding member of the Justice Reform Project and a National Judicial Council member, Osaro is committed to justice system reforms. Under his leadership, the firm earned a Legal Era award in 2019 for innovation and excellence. Outside law, he is an avid marathon runner, using sport to promote justice reform awareness.
