James Ochieng’ Oduol is widely recognized as one of Kenya’s foremost dispute resolution lawyers, with an illustrious career spanning over 36 years. As a Senior Partner, James has built a reputation for his expertise in complex commercial litigation across diverse sectors including tax, banking, insurance, automotive, manufacturing, construction, and public institutions.

A master of constitutional interpretation, James has successfully argued landmark cases advancing the recognition and enforcement of fundamental rights in Kenya’s Constitutional Courts. James is a Chartered Arbitrator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), reflecting his expertise in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
