Allen Gichuhi is a distinguished Senior Partner at Wamae & Allen LLP, bringing over 23 years of expertise in commercial litigation, administrative law, and dispute resolution. A Chartered Arbitrator and former Director of the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration, Allen has significantly influenced Kenya's legal landscape. He played a pivotal role in drafting the Court Mandated Mediation Rules (2005), Advocates Remuneration Orders (2006 and 2014), and the 2020 Chartered Arbitration Rules, which are among the most progressive in Eastern Africa.
