Erena Boscia Montalbano is an experienced international arbitration partner with extensive cross-border expertise gained through professional experience in four countries. She focuses her practice on complex construction and commercial disputes, representing clients in both contract and treaty-based arbitrations across multiple jurisdictions, including the Middle East.

Ms. Boscia Montalbano has acted as counsel in arbitration proceedings under major institutional rules, including the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, UNCITRAL, and DIAC. Her experience also extends to investor-state disputes, where she advises both sovereign entities and private investors on high-value international claims.

In addition to her arbitration practice, Ms. Boscia Montalbano has substantial litigation experience before the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts, handling a broad range of commercial matters. Before joining Curtis, she worked in New York in the litigation department of a major U.S. law firm, where she gained significant experience in securities and antitrust litigation, and in Milan, Italy, in the international litigation and arbitration department of a leading Italian firm.

Ms. Boscia Montalbano’s global background and practical approach enable her to guide clients effectively through complex cross-border disputes. She is fluent in English and Italian.
