Mohammed is a highly experienced Omani lawyer licensed to appear before the Primary, Appeal, and Supreme Courts in the Sultanate of Oman, as well as before local and international arbitral tribunals. He is also a licensed arbitrator registered with the Omani Administrative, Civil, and Commercial Courts, and serves as an arbitrator with the GCC Commercial Arbitration Center.

Mohammed advises on a wide range of matters, including employment, commercial agency, construction, debt recovery, financing, insurance, shipping, and air transport disputes. He has extensive experience in criminal, family, civil, and administrative cases, providing clients with comprehensive legal representation across multiple areas of law.

In addition to his litigation and arbitration work, Mohammed regularly advises on corporate matters, including the incorporation and management of closed and public joint stock companies and limited liability companies. He also oversees ordinary and extraordinary general meetings, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

Mohammed earned his Bachelor of Law degree from the College of Law at Sultan Qaboos University in Muscat in 2003 and is a member of the Oman British Lawyers Association. He is fluent in Arabic and English, allowing him to effectively advise both local and international clients.
