Ayman Abu Sharkh is the Managing Partner, holding a law degree from the University of Damascus, Syria. He further enhanced his expertise with a diploma in Arbitration from the University of Ain Shams, Cairo, and completed specialized training in FIDIC contracts and international commercial arbitration from prestigious arbitration centers. Additionally, he earned a Certificate in Global Media Policy and New Themes in Media Regulation from the University of Oxford’s Center for Socio-Legal Studies. Ayman is a member of the Jordanian Bar Association, the Arab Attorneys Federation, and the Jordanian Arbitration Association.
His extensive practice spans corporate law, commercial law, investment, construction and engineering, labor law, media regulations, transportation law, intellectual property, banking, civil law, and real estate. He is highly skilled in drafting contracts and dispute settlement agreements, and provides comprehensive legal advice across various sectors. As a certified arbitrator, Ayman leads the firm’s arbitration practice, championing arbitration and alternative dispute resolution to advance clients’ business interests efficiently.
He is an international counselor at the International Arbitration Center, a member of the Arab Federation for Architectural Arbitration Center, and participates in the committee revising the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. Ayman actively supports human rights and media freedom in Jordan and is involved with several organizations including the European Association of Lawyers for Democracy & World Human Rights, the Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts, and the Queen Nour Al-Hussein Foundation. He also serves as a legal counselor to media organizations and foundations and is an accredited instructor in media and journalism. A frequent international speaker, Ayman has published extensively on media law, freedom of expression, and electronic media legislation.
