Mr. Mohammad Khair Al-Sabbagh is the Founder and Managing Partner at Al Khair Legal Attorneys, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in the legal field. Mr. Al-Sabbagh has been appointed to the Royal Committee to Modernize the Political System in Jordan, where he plays a key role in drafting laws related to elections and political parties, contributing to the country’s political reforms.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Al-Sabbagh holds several managerial roles as a board member of public shareholding companies, including Al-Rai Newspaper and Electric Distribution Company. He guides these organizations on strategic direction, monitors performance, and offers comprehensive legal counsel.

Mr. Al-Sabbagh has a wealth of experience handling both local and international contentious and non-contentious cases, representing clients from sectors such as healthcare, mining, finance, construction, and investment.
