Scott Campbell is the Managing Partner of Linklaters in the Middle East, based in Dubai since the office opened in 2006. With over 23 years of experience in the region, Scott has developed deep expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.
He has led numerous high-profile cross-border transactions, including major acquisitions, mergers, and strategic investments across the GCC and wider Middle East. Scott has advised clients such as Ahli United Bank, Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Emaar Properties, Dubai Aluminium, Zain Saudi Arabia, and several leading financial institutions on complex corporate deals.
Scott combines extensive regional knowledge with global corporate experience, providing clients with pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice on large-scale corporate and M&A transactions.
