Dr. Mohamed Ben Laden is the Chairman of BLK Partners, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is a distinguished expert in Corporate Law with over 30 years of experience in international transactions, providing counsel to numerous global clients on structuring and procedural matters under Saudi law, with particular emphasis on commercial, infrastructure, and construction projects, as well as BOT and BOOT contracts. His expertise also encompasses technology transfer, public and private international law, and complex cross-border transactions.

Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia since 1999, Dr. Ben Laden is an active member of the International Bar Association, the International Trademark Association, the London Court of International Arbitration, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is a certified arbitrator and recognized expert at the GCC Commercial Arbitration Center. He has authored multiple articles on foreign direct investment in Saudi Arabia and on Saudi-French bilateral relations.

Dr. Ben Laden serves as a member of the Saudi General Authority of Foreign Trade and as President of the Saudi-French Business Council (CAFS). He has been awarded the honors of Officer of the French Legion of Honor, Officer of the National Order of Merit, and Officer of the Order of Academic Palms. He holds a Ph.D. in History from the Sorbonne and an LL.B. from the Faculté Libre d’Économie et de Droit in Paris, and he is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
