Abdulrahman Alhouti is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the firm, with extensive expertise in public law, corporate governance, and legal advisory services. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Kuwait University (2002) and a Master’s degree in Public Law from Middle East University, Amman (2011), and is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Jordan.

With a strong academic foundation and practical experience, Abdulrahman has been instrumental in guiding the strategic direction and development of the firm. He provides oversight and leadership on complex legal matters, focusing on public law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring that the firm maintains high professional standards and delivers effective legal solutions to its clients.

Throughout his career, Abdulrahman has combined scholarly expertise with practical legal experience, advising clients on public law issues, institutional frameworks, and governance structures. His work supports both domestic and regional clients in navigating legal, regulatory, and organizational challenges.

Fluent in Arabic and English, Abdulrahman is recognized for his analytical approach, strategic vision, and dedication to advancing the legal profession in the region.
