Mohammed is a leading Emirati lawyer whose practice covers both contentious and non-contentious matters. He has over a decade of experience working with prominent international and regional legal teams, including serving with the legal team at Mubadala Development Company, one of Abu Dhabi’s largest commercial entities. Since 2015, he has been the Managing Partner of ADG Legal, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction and oversees its diverse practice areas.
Mohammed’s expertise spans a wide range of commercial and corporate law matters, including restructuring, complex contract negotiations, joint ventures, and corporate governance. He provides clients with clear and practical advice, combining legal precision with a deep understanding of business realities. A licensed advocate with full rights of audience before all UAE courts, Mohammed also represents clients in arbitration and litigation proceedings and acts as a mediator in commercial and family disputes. He serves as a sole arbitrator at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and leads ADG Legal’s Private Notary practice.
In addition to his domestic work, Mohammed has an active international practice, assisting clients across the GCC and East Africa. His cross-border experience and regional network allow him to navigate complex legal frameworks and deliver effective, culturally attuned solutions.
Mohammed is a frequent keynote speaker at leading international conferences, including the Cambridge Symposium on Economic Crime, the C5 Geneva Conference, and the Thoughts4Leaders Fraud and Asset Recovery series. Committed to giving back to his community, he is actively involved in corporate social responsibility initiatives and provides pro bono legal support through referrals from the Dubai Courts, ensuring that access to justice is available to all.
