Mohammed is a leading Emirati lawyer whose practice covers both contentious and non-contentious matters. He has over a decade of experience working with prominent international and regional legal teams, including serving with the legal team at Mubadala Development Company, one of Abu Dhabi’s largest commercial entities. Since 2015, he has been the Managing Partner of ADG Legal, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction and oversees its diverse practice areas.

Mohammed’s expertise spans a wide range of commercial and corporate law matters, including restructuring, complex contract negotiations, joint ventures, and corporate governance. He provides clients with clear and practical advice, combining legal precision with a deep understanding of business realities. A licensed advocate with full rights of audience before all UAE courts, Mohammed also represents clients in arbitration and litigation proceedings and acts as a mediator in commercial and family disputes.
