Jumoke Lambo is the Managing Partner of Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie and Head of the firm’s Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) and Data Protection practice. She also co-heads the Aviation and Employment Law teams and oversees Alsec Nominees Limited, the firm’s company secretarial arm with a portfolio of over 300 companies.

With more than three decades of experience, Jumoke advises on TMT, data protection and cybersecurity, aviation, employment law, corporate immigration, M&A, foreign investment, and regulatory compliance. She played a pivotal role in shaping Nigeria’s telecoms sector as part of the expert consortium that drafted the Nigerian Communications Act 2003.

Jumoke has held in-house leadership roles at Etisalat Nigeria (now 9mobile) and Union Bank, where she restructured legal departments for greater efficiency. Widely recognised for her expertise, she continues to guide corporates, regulators, and investors on complex regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters in Nigeria’s evolving business landscape.
