Anthony Leshan is a Partner specialising in dispute resolution, with extensive experience across litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He represents clients before a wide array of courts and tribunals, including the Court of Appeal, High Court, Employment and Labour Relations Court, Environment & Land Courts, Magistrates’ Courts, and the Business Premises Rent Tribunal.

Anthony is also a Certified Company/Public Secretary, with expertise in corporate governance, corporate secretarial practice, business management, human resources, and basic accounting. He has successfully handled high-value disputes, including defending clients against claims of up to KES 147 million (USD 1.23 million) and enforcing foreign judgments, such as a USD 600,000 award from South Africa. He has represented clients in compensation appeals before the National Land Commission and acted on complex arbitral enforcement matters, including a KES 392 million (USD 3.3 million) claim against the County Government of Kajiado.

Anthony holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and East Africa Law Society.
