Pearlyne Omamo is Managing Partner, renowned for her expertise in high-stakes and high-profile disputes. She represents both local and international clients across a broad spectrum of legal areas, including intellectual property, debt recovery, security realisation, public law, insurance, employment, land, lease/tenancy, and inheritance and succession law.

Pearlyne regularly appears before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, Environment & Land Court, Employment & Labour Relations Court, Chief Magistrates Court, and various tribunals such as the Industrial Property Tribunal and Registrar of Trademarks. She has successfully advised on matters including complex debt recovery proceedings, trademark disputes valued at over USD 17 million, derivative suits, and judicial review applications quashing improper taxation notices.

A meticulous and formidable lawyer, Pearlyne is also a Registered Patent Agent. She holds an LL.B from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
