Kah Chin Chu is a Principal in the Finance & Projects Practice Group at Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow in Singapore. With extensive cross-border experience, she has also worked in the firm’s offices in Hong Kong, Jakarta, and Kuala Lumpur. Kah Chin is widely recognized for her expertise in banking and finance, having advised on some of the most high-profile and complex financing transactions across Asia.

She advises financial institutions, sponsors, and borrowers on a broad range of financing matters, including syndicated loans, ESG and sustainability-linked financing, acquisition finance, and real estate development loans. Her standout deals include record-setting social loans and green financings in India and Indonesia, as well as multibillion-dollar bridge financings for strategic energy acquisitions.

Kah Chin is admitted in Malaysia and England & Wales and holds law degrees from the University of Nottingham and the University of Warwick. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa.
