Kabir Singh is a Partner in Clifford Chance Asia’s International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution practice, specialising in complex cross-border disputes with a regional focus on India, Indonesia, and Southeast Asia. He advises multinational corporations, global financial institutions, and state-linked entities on international arbitration, regulatory enforcement, white-collar investigations, and contentious employment matters.

Kabir has acted as counsel in high-stakes arbitrations under ICC, SIAC, LCIA, HKIAC, and AAA rules, covering sectors including infrastructure, energy, finance, aviation, and telecoms. His regulatory work includes representing clients in landmark cross-border investigations across APAC involving bribery, corruption, AML, market misconduct, and corporate fraud.

He serves as an Alternate Member of the ICC Court of Arbitration and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Admitted in Singapore and England & Wales, Kabir also contributes to legal education initiatives with institutions such as ICC, SIAC, NUS, and FIAA. He is fluent in English, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, Hindi, and Punjabi.
