Sanjeve is a corporate lawyer in the Corporate Practice Group of Christopher & Lee Ong and he has advised and assisted in a number of key corporate transactions in relation to mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, equity capital markets, corporate governance and compliance, and all other legal aspects of corporate and commercial transactions.

He has experience in leading legal due diligence exercises and in advising on various corporate and transactional documentation particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and equity capital markets. He has also been involved in corporate advisory work on, among others, securities, derivatives, regulatory and compliance under Malaysian law.
