She has extensive experience in corporate law and has been advising both domestic and international clients on all aspects of its activities, including mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, foreign investment and commercial agreements. She has acted for several foreign and domestic private equity funds and venture capitalists, both in public and private investments and has handled all aspects, including due diligence, regulatory filings, open offers and other compliance issues. Her clientele includes blue-chip private equity funds across a range of geographies.
