Padam Kumar Khaitan is a Senior Partner in the Dispute Resolution and Corporate and Commercial practice groups in the Kolkata office. Although, Padam specialises Dispute Resolution and Corporate matters, his expertise also lies in advising clients on real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity deals, domestic and international arbitrations and private client advisory matters. He is also a Director in various listed companies.

Padam regularly appears before the state high courts, the Supreme Court of India, the various National Company Law Tribunals and represents clients in international and domestic arbitration proceedings.
