Siddhartha Shukla (Sid) is a Partner in the London office, specialising in cross-border mergers and acquisitions with a focus on high-value, complex transactions, including joint ventures and private capital investments. With over 13 years of experience, he advises clients across technology, real estate, and energy sectors, covering key global corridors such as US–UK/EMEA, India–UK/Europe, Australia–UK, South Africa–UK, and Japan–UK.
Sid has worked on landmark deals including OneWeb’s US$2.7 billion equity investments, Ennismore’s joint venture with Accor, and Bharti Global’s US$1 billion acquisition of OneWeb. He is recognised for his expertise in upper mid-market and premium M&A transactions and is ranked in Chambers for Corporate/M&A with foreign expertise in India.
Dual-qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and an advocate in India, Sid graduated with distinction from National Law University, Jodhpur. He has completed a secondment in Singapore and served as Co-Chair of NOTICED, the UK’s first inter-law firm diversity network focused on multiculturalism and ethnic diversity. Clients value his technical expertise, commercial insight, and empathetic approach, making him a trusted advisor in complex international transactions. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
