She has considerable experience in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, London, Japan, Singapore, Bermuda, the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands. Naomi has been involved in many complex and high-profile restructurings, with a particular focus on schemes of arrangement. She also regularly assists investment fund clients and other financial institutions with private lending and other credit transactions in the Asian region including secured and unsecured financings implemented by way of facility agreements, notes or other debt instruments.
