Leena is a Partner in the firm since 2005. She has extensive experience in Banking, Structured Finance and Securitization transactions and general corporate.

Leena regularly advises Citibank, Bank of America, Barclays Bank Plc., and several private equity funds in relation to structuring of debt investments, legal and regulatory issues.

She is a admitted to the Bar Council of Karnataka, India.
