Lionel D’Almeida has 15 years of experience and is a member of the Firm’s Capital Markets group. Lionel focusses primarily on corporate finance, which entails advising on domestic and international capital market transactions, including public offers of equity and debt, rights issues and qualified institutions placements, as well as bulk and block deals, open offers, buy-back offers and delisting offers. He also advises and represents clients on various aspects of securities law, including proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
