Mineesha Dhodi
Mineesha Dhodi is a qualified lawyer who graduated from Amity Law School, Delhi (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University) in 2017 and is registered with the Bar Council of Delhi. She has advised both domestic and multinational clients from regions like the United States, Singapore, the EU, and the UK, across sectors including media, IT, fintech, hospitality, and food services.
Her core expertise includes transactional advisory, corporate advisory, and commercial contracts, where she assists clients in cross-border transactions, structuring agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising on corporate governance. She is skilled in drafting and negotiating various agreements to meet business objectives.
In Employment Law, she advises on contracts, workplace policies, and compliance, fostering effective employer-employee relations. Mineesha also has experience in corporate litigation, particularly in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), representing Insolvency Resolution Professionals before the NCLT and NCLAT.
