Mishika Bajpai

Mishika Bajpai is a practicing Advocate at the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. She has read in the chambers of Senior Counsel Parag P. Tripathi (Former Additional Solicitor General of India) and has experience over a wide range of disputes. Her core areas of practice are commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She has represented various public sector undertakings, domestic and international companies, before the Courts and Arbitral Tribunals. She is a Member at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and has also been involved in a SIAC administered arbitration.
