Namita Shetty, FCIArb is a Partner in the dispute resolution team at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (Mumbai Office). She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). Shetty possesses an extensive background in corporate and commercial litigation, regulatory litigation as well as arbitration.
