According to VC Circle, “Suryoday Small Finance Bank raises fresh funding from new and existing investors: Mumbai-based Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd on Wednesday said it has raised Rs 248 crore ($35.8 million) from three promoters and a clutch of existing and two new investors.”
Suryoday Small Finance Bank Limited was advised by J Sagar Associates led by a team of partners Aarthi Sivanandh, Ongmu Tshering, and Bhavana Alexander; associates Pavithra Manivannanand Prerna Ranjan; and associates Aman Bhatia and Kumar Kislay assisting with the signing process.
Advising DEG and IFC were two separate teams from Trilegal.
Acting forGaja Capital Fund II Limited and Gaja Trustee Company Private Ltd was DSK Legal. TVS Shriram Growth Fund was represented by K Law.
Advising Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance was its in-house legal team.
