The Telangana Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR) has governed that the Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) paid on imports is eligible to be availed as an Input Tax Credit (ITC).
The applicant, Euroflex Transmissions (India) Private Limited, had approached the AAR in order to get a clarification on the direct supply of imported goods.
