Global leader of Human Capital Management technology, Ceridian has entered into a definitive share purchase agreement in order to acquire Singapore-based Excelity Global Solutions Pte Ltd.
Ceridian Global UK Holding Company Limited is a global human capital management software company. In a Press Release by the company, David Ossip, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "Building on our recent investment and expansion in Australia and New Zealand, the acquisition of Excelity will position Ceridian as a leading HCM provider in the Asia-Pacific region and demonstrates our intent to advance our growth globally."
Excelity Global is a provider of Human Capital Management services, based out of Asia, from the Everstone Group. Founded in 1997, Excelity works with more than 300 customers across the APAC region. AZB & Partners team comprised of Partners – Vaidhyanadhan Iyer, Nandan Pendsey, Prerak Ved and Soumit Nikhra and Senior Associates – Anshuman Bharadwaj, Apeksha Mattoo and Devika Nayak.
