Co-founders of Parinam Law Associates embark on a new journey by launching RHP Partners
Co-founders of Parinam Law Associates embark on a new journey by launching RHP Partners
Ravichandra Hegde and Paras Parekh, co-founders of Parinam Law Associates, have quit the firm along with their teams with effect from March 31, to start their own firm called RHP Partners.
Ravichandra Hegde and Paras Parekh from J Sagar Associates and Hitesh Jain from ALMT Legal came together and set up Parinam Law Associates in December 2018.
Hitesh Jain will continue as the Managing Partner of Parinam with five other Equity Partners - Subhash Jadhav, Pooja Tidke, Anuja Kedia, Mallika Noorani and Pankaj jain
Hitesh Jain said, “We are glad to have associated with Ravi and Paras. We propose to continue our synergies in practice areas like securities litigation and white-collar crime in our respective set-ups”.
Ravichandra Hegde commented, “We will miss having Hitesh and team around. We could not have had a more cordial team to have partnered with. We look forward to an exciting phase in our career.”
Parinam will continue to operate out of its offices in Mumbai at Express Towers and Nariman Point, as well as those in Pune and Delhi.
RHP Partners will work out of Commerce House in Ballard Estate.
