IP Expert Ameet Datta Launches ADP Law Offices
IP Expert Ameet Datta Launches ADP Law Offices
Veteran intellectual property lawyer Ameet Datta has departed from Sai Krishna & Associates to launch his own firm, ADP Law Offices.
Datta, formerly a Senior Partner at Sai Krishna & Associates, led the firm’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) practice.
ADP Law Offices will commence operations with a team of 12 lawyers, all of whom were previously with Sai Krishna & Associates.
With nearly 25 years of experience, Datta advises clients across technology, media, and entertainment sectors, specializing in intellectual property, technology regulations, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and litigation. He is also actively involved in policy development in India.
In 2010, he was invited as an expert witness before the Parliamentary Standing Committee to provide insights on key amendments to India’s copyright laws.
Datta began his legal career at Anand & Anand, where he spent nine years before joining Luthra & Luthra as a Partner. In 2012, he moved to Sai Krishna & Associates, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s TMT practice.
With ADP Law Offices, he now embarks on a new chapter, aiming to further strengthen legal expertise in the rapidly evolving TMT sector.
