JPS Legal founder Jimit Shah has joined Link Legal as an Associate Partner in the Firm’s Capital Markets practice in Mumbai
Jimit has more than 14 years of experience in capital markets, securities laws and general corporate advisory practice. Over the years, Jimit has worked on several domestic as well as international equity and debt transactions for private as well as public sector undertakings, in divergent industries.
Jimit is a 2005 Law Graduate from Government Law College, Mumbai and has completed his Global MBA in Finance with specialisation in Investment Banking from S.P. Jain School of Global Management in 2009.
Prior to joining Link Legal, Jimit was running his firm, JPS Legal in Mumbai. In the past, Jimit has worked with Crawford Bayley & Co. and Dave & Girish & Co.
According to Link Legal, Jimit’s addition will further strengthen the firm’s capability in the Capital Markets practice.
