Juris Prime Represented Consortium Of Lenders Involving Project Finance Transaction

Juris Prime has successfully assisted the consortium of Lenders in respect of a Project Finance transaction involving extension of a debt facility cumulatively amounting to Rs 1041 Crore towards working capital facilities and Rs 1190 Crore towards term loan of Laurus Labs Limited's capex-related requirement.

The mandate included drafting, and finalization of the transaction documents such as Loan Agreement, Inter-se Agreement, Security Trustee Agreement, and security documents such as Hypothecation Deed, Deposit by Title Deed, and various undertakings and rendering closing assistance for the successful closure of the transaction.

The transaction was led by V V S N Raju (Managing Partner) and was supported by Vivek Choudhary (Partner) along with Sakshi Jain (Senior Associate) and Nivedita Jha (Associate).
