Kahitan & Co Represented Mankind Pharma in Trademark Infringement Suit Against Derma Concepts Before Delhi High Court

Khaitan & Co successfully represented Mankind Pharma Limited before the Delhi High Court in a trade mark infringement suit against Derma Concepts. Mankind filed the present suit to restrain Derma Concepts from using its registered trade mark "Mucept" as a trade mark, since the same was similar to Mankind's prior registered trade mark "Mycept".

The Hon'ble High Court after hearing Khaitan & Co submissions in the matter was pleased to grant the ad-interim injunction in the matter and restrained Derma Concept from using its registered trade mark "Mucept".
