Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan (LKS) acted for Ritewater Solutions (India) Private Limited (Ritewater) and its promoters, Mr. Abhijeet Gan and Mr. Vinayak Gan, in connection with an investment of EUR 7,500,000 (Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Euros) (approx.) by Belgium-based Incofin Investment Management's (Incofin) water acceleration fund into Ritewater. Incofin’s water acceleration fund focuses on investments in entities providing innovative solutions for the provision of safe drinking water.
LKS’ Corporate Team assisted Ritewater and its promoters with the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents for this transaction, along with rendering assistance in the closing of the transaction.
