The Trevi Group has signed an agreement for the sale of its Oil & Gas Division to Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd (MEIL).

The execution of the sales agreement, which is assumed to take place by the end of 2019, is subject to the occurrence of certain conditions precedent.

The law firms Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners, Carone, Minneci & Partners and Link Legal assisted the parties in the operation.

The law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners assisted the Trevi Group in the sale with a team led by partners Antonio Segni and Stefano Cirino Pomicino, assisted by the associate Davide De Franco.

The MEIL group was assisted by an integrated team composed of the partners Marco Carone and Vincenzo Diego Cutugno of the Carone, Minneci & Partners for the aspects of Italian law, and Link Legal assisted in the aspects of Indian laws, comprising of partners Nusrat Hassan and Anand Srivastava, counsel Yosham Vardhan and senior associate Alexander Kynijing.
