S & R Associates represented Ncubate India Services, a SAR Group company, in a sale of 10.03% of the share capital of Livfin India, an NBFC providing supply chain financing, to the management team of Livfin India.
Ncubate India Services Private Limited is a Non-Government company providing services of mandate business solutions, sectors renewable energy and investment process in Gurgaon, Haryana.
LivFin is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and is authorized to grant small business loans, supply chain finance and working capital loans to small and medium businesses in India.
The S & R team included partners Sanjeev Adlakha and Mohit Gogia and associates Kanika Khanna and Anshul Chopra.
