Senior Counsel Harish Salve, the former Solicitor General of India who also famously represented the country for Re. 1 at the International Court of Justice in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case has separated from his wife amicably.
He mostly lives and works from the United Kingdom and in January this year, he was appointed as a Queen's Counsel in the UK.
In June this year, he and his wife of several decades, Meenakshi were granted a divorce by mutual consent by a UK Court. He has confirmed the news of his separation.
While she continues to live at their home in New Delhi, Salve spends most of his time in London.
