S&R Associates represented Avatar Growth Capital in an investment in SirionLabs, a technology company providing proprietary software contract management services. The investment is a part of a USD 44 million round also involving another investor.
SirionLabs, the SaaS leader in enterprise contract management (CLM), helps enterprises manage the complete contracting lifecycle on a single, easy-to-use platform.
According to a Press Release by SirionLabs, it has raised a $44M Series C Round led by Tiger Global and Avatar Growth Capital. The round brings SirionLabs' total capital raised to $66M to date, with earlier rounds led by Sequoia Capital India. In the Press Release, Ajay Agrawal, Co-founder, Chairman and CEO of SirionLabs has stated, "I am delighted to welcome Tiger Global and Avatar Growth Capital as our latest investors. It is a strong vote of confidence in our vision to revolutionize contracting."
The S&R team was led by partners Sandip Bhagat and Sudip Mahapatra, and included associates Pooja Singhania and Gunit Kaur.
