Diagnostics chain Metropolis Healthcare Ltd's promoter Duru Sushil Shah has divested 3.05 million shares or 6.03% stake in the company for Rs. 422.58 crore. The proceeds from this divestment are intended to be used for repayment of loans availed by Metz Advisory LLP, a promoter group entity, according to the BSE filing.
S&R Associates represented the broker in the bulk sale of the million equity shares of Metropolis Healthcare Limited on the BSE.
