DSK-office

Strong teams based across New Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru, reputed in the areas of projects, project finance, banking and finance, corporate and M&A, and headed by senior partners Anjan Dasgupta and Aparajit Bhattacharya have joined DSK Legal from HSA Advocates.

Seven partners are part of these teams that will add significantly to DSK Legal’s projects and project finance practices, making them amongst the strongest in the country, and significantly expand DSK Legal’s corporate and M&A practices. The DSK partnership will also benefit from the vast experience of these partners not only in the various practice areas they specialize in, but also on aspects relating to firm management.

The move has enabled DSK Legal to restart their office in Bengaluru, which will help serve their clients better. Heading the Bengaluru office will be new partner Sharath Chandrasekhar. The partners joining DSK Legal are

Both Aparajit and Anjan are well respected and bring a strong contingent of lawyers with them. The opening of our office in Bengaluru has been long due, given the amount of work we do there. With this move, DSK Legal has expanded its multi-disciplinary team to 130+ lawyers, with 32 partners (including associate partners).
