Subharekha Ravi has added another milestone to her career by joining ARA LAW’s Bengaluru office as Co-Head of the firm’s PE/VC practice.
She has hitherto been working for K Law as Associate Partner where she has over a decade experience engaged as corporate transactions lawyer. Besides, she is also familiar with private equity funds, growth funds and capital funds for new ventures.
Earlier, she has worked for various firms including Wadia Ghandy & Co., Indus Law, Platinum Partners besides KLaw.
Rajesh Begur, Managing Partner, ARA LAW welcomed Subharekha saying her in-depth knowledge and varied experience in the PE and VC space will contribute to the firm’s plans on expanding the business and taking it to the next level of growth.
