Zomato Media Private Limited was advised by Samvad Partners led by a team of partner Ashwini Vittalachar; senior associate Junaira Rahman; and associate Archi Roy.
Since its $210 fundraise last year, Zomato has become a regular client of Samvad. The firm also acted on Zomato’s more recent sale of its UAE subsidiary to Delivery Hero. Legal counsel for Delivery Hero SE was Khaitan & Co Mumbai. Acting for Saturn Shine Limited as legal counsel was IndusLaw Bangalore.
